He has been our Pastor for 32 years. He is a graduate of Trousdale County High School in Hartsville, TN and received his undergraduate degree in Agriculture Economic /Rural Development from Tennessee State University and Religious Education from Emmanuel Bible College in Nashville, Tennessee. Rev. Valentine also received his graduate in Theology from Emmanuel Bible College and Pastorial Ministries from Bethel Theological Seminary in Nashville, Tennessee. He is also certified as a Professional with expertise in Behavorial Management from the State of Tennessee.

His personal achievement that he is most proud is his pastorage here at Oakland Mt Zion Baptist Church that he has been a part of for 32 years. He has had the opportunity to grow spiritually and with the church body together achieve many goals that apply to evangelism, religious education, numerous ministries, and community involvement.lcome or explanatory text.
